Ongoing Property Care + Maintenance, a Concierge Landscaping Service
If you feel overwhelmed with ongoing property maintenance, or would simply prefer to have routine tasks taken care of, you’ve come to the right place. As your Landscape Specialist, I will provide regular, reliable landscaping services that will not only keep your property looking great, but give you peace of mind.
Available for residential homes and select commercial properties, space is limited for this concierge landscaping service. Based on an assessment of your particular property, service will include weekly or bi-weekly visits to maintain all your outdoor spaces. Property care may entail any combination of the following: lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, leaf blowing, yard cleanup, re-hedging, trimming, watering outdoor potted plants, installing seasonal plant displays and more. Available seasonally for three month commitments (i.e., a Spring/Summer session and Late Summer/Fall). Pricing per session starts at $2375 depending upon the needs of your property.
Spring + Fall Cleanups
Spring and Fall cleanups can be a daunting task yet necessary in order to maintain curb appeal and a healthy outdoor living space. If you could use an extra hand to help freshen up your property, I’m here to help.
Spring and fall cleanups are based on the needs of your property and may include a combination of the following tasks: general yard tidying, leaf blowing, dethatching, aerating, overseeding, lawn mowing, branch/stick removal, plow damage repair and more.
